How to request a customized pastry mould

To receive a personalized quote, fill out the form below or send a request email to info@decosil.it.

We will ask you to:

• Provide personal data
• Indicate the dimensions of the mold
• Describe your project
• Attach photos, images, drawings, sketches or anything else (e.g. logo.jpg - logo.dwg - logo.ai) 
• Briefly describe the mold you want:
  • Shape: round - oval - square - rectangular or other 
  • Carved in high or low relief

Multiple mold for rectangular chocolates with the logo of my pastry shop in high relief, dimensions of the base subject 4 x h 3 x d 1 cm.

The data we need 

Model measurements: LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT

Thickness or depth of the embossed logo in centimeters 

E.g.: LENGTH 4 cm x WIDTH 3 cm x HEIGHT 1 cm embossed logo 0.2 cm. 

Number of molds to make (even just 1!)

Number of impressions: single impression and multiple impressions.
If you need a Multi-imprint mould, indicate the number of imprints you want in each mould.

How to define the price of a customized mold

To create each type of customized mold it is necessary to design and obtain a molding plant whose initial cost will be borne by the customer. The molding plant is composed of model and matrix. In some cases the model can also be supplied by the customer who will therefore save the cost, while the matrix is ​​in any case made by us.
Once built, the system will remain the exclusive property of the customer.
We start from a minimum orderable quantity of one mould.    
It is possible to create customized molds whose cost depends on the shape, size and complication of the subject (3D or 2D) and is made up of three items:

• MODEL   
• MATRIX
• MOLD

The first two items Model and Matrix are to be considered as a one-off cost (system cost which will remain the exclusive property of the customer), while the third item will be calculated as a price per piece.
decosil will keep the matrix for a maximum of 3 years from the last use, after which, unless previously requested in writing by the customer for its return, it will be free to dispose of the system. 

Indicative examples

The cost for the creation of a customized single-valve mold can start from €500.00 plus VAT. To obtain a single-valve mold measuring 10 x 10 x 2 cm the cost will be as follows:
MODEL €250
MATRIX €450
MOLD €20 / each.

The cost for the creation of a customized bivalve mold can start from €900.00 plus VAT

Production times

Production times depend on the complication of the model but are normally 8 weeks.

Copyright on molds and models

decosil Srl does not make molds of subjects covered by copyright, unless the customer demonstrates, with written documentation, that he has obtained permission for use from the owner of the right and provides the release.   

decosil Srl will not be in any way and under any circumstances responsible for any violation of industrial and intellectual property rights in any case connected to the execution of the customizations of its Goods requested by the Customer and in respect of which it must, therefore, be held in any case by Customer himself completely free from any possible consequence, however prejudicial in any way, suffered by him.
