Cool the moulds in a freezer (-18° C) for 20', the necessary time for working with Coriandoline® without merging the different colors.

To achieve the chiaroscuro effect in the heart box:pour directly into the mould just a little white cover to lightly coat the drawing, then cool down for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
Switch to the second color, the contrast, strain it over the first layer and again cool down the mould.
Finish the details with green Coriandolina® and decorum, and it will be ready.
Place the mould in the freezer and in the meantime...
Take the Egg Sunflowers mould from the freezer, use the yellow Coriandolina® and quickly spreading it with a brush, for leaving space for nuance, then cool down again for a few minutes.
To achieve the chiaroscuro effect with a small brush define with dark chocolate covering the central part of the decoration, and then close the bottom with green Coriandolina®.
