How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be delivered within approximately 10 - 15 working days from the payment date by courier.

Even if we cannot guarantee the absolute punctuality of the deliveries, generally we are pleased to fulfil our previsions. However, as soon as the order leaves our warehouse, an email confirmation will be sent to inform that the courier has picked up the items. 

When Decosil receives the order with the items list you want to buy, Decosil staff will make a quotation inclusive of shipment costs which depend on the weight of the products. 

Be careful that the quotation is not inclusive of possible additional customs clearance costs which are borne by the buyer and vary from country to country. 

The goods transport is subject to the Incoterms 2010 CPT (Carriage Paid To) rule. The goods risk transfers from the seller to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier.

If the email confirmation to the quotation is received, it will be sent a payment request via PayPal or awaited the advance bank transfer. Only after receiving the payment, the goods will be shipped.

Where do I receive my order?

The items will be delivered to the provided address. Moreover it is important to remember that deliveries are made during office hours therefore it is better to provide an address where there is always someone available to receive the goods.
