Do you want to give a cookie that looks like puff pastry but it is actually a chocolate?
The multiple mold composed by 24 subjects is designed to be lying 4 at a time on a baking pan and it can be used with chocolate, ice cream, sugar paste, marzipan and other masses for modelage.

Food-grade silicone mold to create chocolate cookies in the shape of hearts, cremini or filled chocolates, cookies to decorate ice cream cakes, gelato tubs or ice cream cup served at the table.

NEVER PUT THE MOLD IN THE OVEN

Chocolate Biscuits with Hazelnut "Heart"

Ingredients

Chocolate milk 800g
Dark chocolate 200g
Paste with hazelnut 350g
Biscuits in powder form 200g
Puffed rice (crispies) powder 50g

Process

Mix all the ingredients, heat up at 25° C, pour into the silicone mold, let it dry, demould.
Pour dark chocolate into the center of the biscuit.

Weight of the chocolate cookie made with our recipe: about 8 g x 24 subjects = 192 g
