LINEAGUSCIO® - silicone molds for confectionery

LINEAGUSCIO® is the line of food grade contact 3D silicone molds that allows you to quickly create original chocolate Easter eggs, chocolate Christmas Trees, chocolate Spheres and chocolate Bells.

With the LINEAGUSCIO® molds you can create various 3D characters to offer beyond Easter, Christmas and all other occasions.

They are especially designed and developed with a patented system that constitutes the spearhead of decosil® molds.

LINEAGUSCIO® can be used with both liquid and pasty products such as chocolate, sugar, mousse, Bavarian cream, ice cream.

LINEAGUSCIO® food grade silicone molds are composed of 2 thermoformed parts that block, support and sustain two interchangeable shells, made of soft translucent silicon, from which three-dimensional characters take form, so reach of details that seem alive.

The new trend of matt chocolate is born in 2006 with decosil, when the company offers and launches onto the market its line of silicone molds, but is in 2008, with the introduction of LINEAGUSCIO®, designed by Stefano Laghi. It imposed itself astonishing all pastry chefs and chocolatiers of the world accustomed to suggest to their clients only two-dimensional and glossy chocolate subjects.

Technical details
For a better yield in the serial production of chocolate subjects it is appropriate to cool the mold in the blast chiller between a demolding and the next; in the realization with the use of ice cream, it is appropriate to previously cool the mold in the blast chiller without changing the characteristics of workability.
