INGREDIENTS 

White chocolate g. 1000

Toasted almonds paste g. 200

Puffed rice g. 100

METHOD 

Mix the various ingredients, tempered at 25°C, fill the mold and refrigerate, demold, spray with a 50/50 chocolate and cocoa butter tempered solution. Refrigerate again and pass the head of the Mushroom in the cocoa powder.
