INGREDIENTS
White Chocolate 1000 g.
Peanut paste 200 g.
Anhydrous butter 150 g.
Corn Flakes 60 g.
METHOD
Mix the various ingredients, tempered at a 25°, pour slowly into the mold "Grana", refrigerate, demold, pass milk chocolate on the "Grana" crust part, then smoothing it whith the hand.
