To avoid the formation of air bubbles in the finer parts it is preferable to create vents with the use of small rigid plastic tubes or wooden sticks.

con un attrezzo di forma sferica creare dei piccoli buchi sulla plastilina che daranno origine agli incastri per chiudere con precisione lo stampo. Per evitare la formazione di bolle d'aria nelle parti più fini è preferibile creare degli sfiati con l'utilizzo di piccole canule in plastica rigida o bastoncini di legno.

grease the entire surface well with the food release agent;

ungere bene l'intera superficie con lo staccante alimentare;

pass with a soft bristle brush to eliminate any foam and evenly distribute the release agent even on the walls;

passare con un pennello a setole morbide per eliminare l'eventuale schiuma e distribuire in maniera omogenea lo staccante anche sulle pareti;

pour SILBIONE RTV 4428 A + B, starting from the lowest level to avoid the formation of bubbles, creating the first half of the mold.

colare il SILBIONE RTV 4428 A+B, partendo dal livello più basso per evitare la formazione di bolle, creando la prima metà dello stampo.

cover the emerged part of the subject, create a fair thickness of SILBIONE RTV 4428 A + B above the highest part (at least 1.5 cm), thus avoiding the formation of parts that are too thin and weak;

coprire la parte emersa del soggetto, creare un discreto spessore di SILBIONE RTV 4428 A+B sopra alla parte più alta (almeno 1,5 cm), evitando così la formazione di parti troppo sottili e deboli;

remove the movable walls, eliminate the tubes for the vents;

togliere le pareti mobili, eliminare le canule per gli sfiati;

also eliminate the food plastiline, taking care not to let the original subject come off the first half of the mold;

eliminare anche la plastilina alimentare, avendo cura di non far staccare il soggetto originale dalla prima metà dello stampo;

prepare to pour the second valve leaving the plasticine cylinder which allows to obtain the filling hole;

preparare per colare la seconda valva lasciando il cilindro di plastilina che permette di ottenere il foro di riempimento;

replace the movable walls, making sure that they adhere perfectly to the first valve;

rimettere le pareti mobili facendo attenzione che aderiscano in maniera perfetta alla prima valva;

re-seal the corners and ...

sigillare nuovamente gli angoli e...

... grease the surface well with the food release agent and, as before, pass the brush;

... ungere bene la superficie con lo staccante alimentare e, come in precedenza, passare il pennello;

pour the second half, always creating a thickness of SILBIONE RTV 4428 A + B over the highest part of the subject;

colare la seconda metà, sempre facendo di creare uno spessore di SILBIONE RTV 4428 A+B sopra la parte più alta del soggetto;

let it catalyze for at least 16 hours, remove the movable walls and unmold the subject from the mold which will be washed (with water and soap to remove the grease flap of the release agent) and dried carefully before use.

lasciar catalizzare per almenno 16 ore, togliere le pareti mobili e smodellare il soggetto dallo stampo che andrà lavato (con acqua e sapone per eliminare la pattina di unto dello staccante) ed asciugato con cura prima dell'utilizzo.
