We produce professional silicone gastronomy molds for the production of savoury finger food & hamburgers.

The ones we offer are certified food-grade silicone molds, designed to meet the professional needs of restaurants, catering, bars and chefs.
They are ideal for creating savoury finger food on a stick: meat or fish tartare, burgers, mousses and cheeses, ready for buffets or gourmet dishes

The molds are made up of two elements:

  • Translucent base in soft silicone, which guarantees flexibility and ease of extraction.
  • Closing band in rigid black silicone, which firmly blocks the stick and prevents leaks during filling

The lower part of the molds is equipped with slits for faster cooling, also perfect for use with blast chillers.
