How can I place my decosil® order?

Whatever is your choice, it is important for us to receive all your details to fulfil an order:

VAT NUMBER (if you are a company) or

BILLING ADDRESS and SHIPPING ADDRESS (if different)
TELEPHONE (telephone number to contact in case of need)

How can I check the exchange rate of the price of the silicone molds?
On our website you can find a currency convrter (on each product sheet selecting the drop-down menu) that will help you check the prices in your own currency.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can proceed to the payment with the following methods:
· PayPal/Credit Card
If you choose PayPal we will send you the final quotation and the e-mail PayPal payment request (No. 2 e-mails).
It is the fastest and most recommended way for urgent deliveries.
· Advance Bank Transfer
If you choose advance bank transfer, we will send you the final quotation with our bank details attached (No. 1 e-mail).
Whatever is your choice, we will notify the departure of the goods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be delivered by courier within approximately 10-15 working days of the payment date.
We always do our best to guarantee deliveries on time.
In any case, a confirmation email will still be sent you to inform you that the courier has withdrawn the goods.
When decosil receives your order, our staff will send you a quotation including the shipping costs which depend on the weight of the products.
Be careful that the estimate does not include additional customs clearance costs which must be borne by the buyer and vary from country to country.
The consignment is subject to the 2020 Incoterms CPT (Carriage Paid To) rules.
The risk of carrying the goods passes from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we will send you a PayPal payment request or await your advance bank transfer.
Once we receive the payment, the goods will be shipped.
Where will I receive my order?
The items will be delivered to the provided address.
Moreover it is important to remember that deliveries are made during office hours.
Therefore it is better to provide an address where someone can accept the goods.
Shipments in Russia
RULES FOR DELIVERIES TO RUSSIA BY DHL
• They do not accept goods delivered to citizens;
• The recipient must pay customs fees / duties and brokerage fees (if customs clearance is carried out by a customs broker);
• The recipient must necessarily be a legally acknowledged company in Russia, and the customs will require the following documents in Russian: Quality Declaration, proof of entry inspection and quarantine of goods, Conformity Declaration (if required), Articles of Association.
• The recipient must have its own subscription code DHL
Documentation required for shipments with customs valuation (including the cost of freight) <1,000 € by the Recipient to be presented to customs (all in Russian):
1. Official declaration for customs with the reason of the importation
2. Contract for the provision of customs clearance services
3. Translation of the bill in Russian
4. Technical description of the complete catalog
5. Permits issued by the Russian authorities (eg certificates, licenses etc.) where required by type of goods - HS tariff / code
Documentation required for shipments with customs value (including freight costs) > 1.000 € or expeditions franc origin (contract shipment) to be presented to customs (all in Russian):
Once a year:
1. Articles of Incorporation of the Company to complete the registration to the Russian Customs
2. Contract for the provision of customs clearance services
For each shipment:
1. Agreement trade agreement or free delivery
2. Passport of Import Deal
3. Translation of the bill in Russian
4. Official Letter to Customs.
5. Technical description of the complete catalog
6. Documents proving the prior payment of any goods
7. A copy of the original order and its Russian version
8. Permits issued by the Russian authorities (eg certificates, licenses etc.) where required by type of goods - HS tariff / code
