Place the molds without border within a polycarbonate mold egg shaped...

Block with tempered chocolate the edges of the subject in silicone...

After the chocolate hardening, to stop the silicone molds fill the egg and proceed as for a normal chocolate egg

When the layer is the desired thickness, empty the egg and put it to drain as usual

In the meantime, fill the molds with the edge with tempered milk chocolate

When the chocolate has completely crystallized, remove the egg from the mold and decorate as desired by applying the subjects obtained from the molds with the edge
