Salted Finger Food Molds Decostick

decoStick is a line of molds for Salted finger foods.

They are food grade silicone molds for creating subjects or geometric shapes supported by sticks to obtain snacks or desserts to go or on the plate.

A mold for savoury finger food can be used with fluid products such as chocolate, sugar, mousse, bavarois, ice lollies, fruit jellies or pasty products such as ice cream, marzipan, meat tartare, fish, cheese or vegetarian.
The decoStick food grade silicone mold is made up of two parts: a soft translucent silicone base and a removable closing band in more rigid black silicone, which gives greater stability to the mold, blocks and solidly supports the stick, allows you to fill the mold even with pasty products without the stick moving, prevents the leakage of liquid materials and allows you to extract the subjects from the mold with extreme ease without deforming them. In the lower part of the decoStick mold there are partial slits that allow faster cooling of the compounds in the blast chiller.
